Another great Troika Community is coming to Prince George!
Located in the western end of Prince George in the College Heights district, our project addresses an ever-growing need for the city and aims to provide residents, from first-time homebuyers to empty nesters, with an opportunity to live in a vibrant low maintenance community in one of the most sought-after areas of the city.
We are proposing a zoning amendment for a residential development of approximately 16-acres along Dakelh Ti (formerly known as O’Grady Road) to bring the zoning from U2 (major utilities) to RM5 (mid-rise multifamily residential) and RM3 (up to 3-storey residential). Our proposal includes a mix of multifamily zoning to permit 4-storey buildings and zoning for ground oriented 3-storey buildings such as townhomes, single-level duplexes, and rancher-style homes. This proposal creates the opportunity for a variety of housing typologies to meet the needs of those who live, work, and thrive in Prince George.
